The Vermont Aging and Disability Resource Connection (VT-ADRC)  is a project bringing together non-profit organizations who support seniors, people with disabilities, Veterans, the Deaf, and family and allies. We are committed to providing information about natural supports and services throughout Vermont.  The ADRC is based on person centered thinking and ease of getting people what they need.

The VT-ADRC provides bias-free information and options counseling to Vermonters seeking long-term care services and supports for aging, disability and independent living. By contacting an ADRC partner agency, Vermonters have the ability to make informed decisions to live with independence and dignity in their chosen communities for as long as possible, with the types of supports and services they choose.
