Every year since 1998, GMSA has hosted the Voices and Choices Conference. This two-day conference gives self-advocates the chance to shine and grow. This conference brings more than 600 people together from all over Vermont. The conference features speakers who are people with disabilities. They share their stories about the challenges they face. Their message is that people with disabilities can do anything.

This is the largest disability event held in Vermont. We make art, teach powerful workshops, sing, dance, and learn from each other. Every year, local groups select a self-advocate and an ally to win an award. People who care about full inclusion and equal opportunities for people with disabilities show up. Join us every year!
