Join Vermont Care Partners, with Green Mountain Self-Advocates, the Vermont Developmental DisabilitiesCouncil and more, to recognize the work of direct support professionals who go above and beyond daily to support our friends, family and neighbors with developmental disabilities.
The event will include speakers, music, snacks and an opportunity for attendees to share their own stories about how direct services professionals have had a positive impact on their lives.
